I'm Rocky Mix, a licensed REALTOR® with seven years of experience across the Alberta, Ontario and Arizona markets, now based primarily in Kelowna and operating under Rocky Mix Personal Real Estate Corp through LPT Realty. Also based out of Surprise, Arizona. 

I grew up in Rutland, and after building my career elsewhere, I've come back to the Okanagan to put that experience to work in the community I know best.

My background spans both buy-side and sell-side transactions, working with first-time buyers, move-up families, and sellers navigating everything from straightforward listings to more complex pricing and negotiation situations. That range across different markets has given me a practical, no-nonsense approach — I focus on giving clients honest numbers and clear next steps, not just optimism.

In Kelowna, I work primarily across Rutland, Black Mountain, and the surrounding areas, with a deep, street-level knowledge of the neighbourhoods I was raised in.
